We all have a story...allow me to share mine

A woman of faith...a wife...a mother...a life coach...So many titles can be applied, but the one that fits best is simply, "a vessel." A vessel for transforming the lives of those who the Divine sends to connect with me on this life journey.
My story is probably not unlike yours. Until about 10 years ago, I was drifting from day to day - consumed with the mundane routine of work, and the balancing act that occurs with all of that and being a wife and a mom.
I often encountered experiences that were designed to get my attention, such as a failed marriage, a life -threatening illness, financial instability, and explosive, destructive behavior. Not willing to do the work that self-examination requires, I ignored these 'flashing red lights' in my life. Now, did ignoring them mean that they stopped flashing? Well, I'm sure you know the answer to that one! Let's just say, it's not a pretty picture when the life you so proudly created begins to implode, and you can't seem to do anything about it.
So, I did the smartest thing (and probably the only thing) I could do. I surrendered. I simply let go! It's kind of like hanging onto a rope off a cliff a thousand feet over a rocky, rapid lake of water. Your hands are slipping and you know that it's just a matter of time before you lose your grip, and no matter how much determination you have, it has become physically impossible to hold on. So, you just let go and pray for a miracle that the impact of the fall doesn't kill you. At this point, that was my only option. So, I let go...I fell...I dropped a thousand feet and guess what? I LIVED. It was, however, a fourteen-month drop. It was the scariest experience of my life, and also the best thing that could have ever happened to me. Of course, I didn't feel like that during the drop, but I am so grateful today for such an experience.
I reconnected to my purpose, my faith, my family and my life. I learned so many lessons that only an experience such as this could teach a person. My greastest gift is that I remained present to each ache, pain, joy, insight, and victory. With this renewed gift and reconnection to purpose, I was inspired more than ever to answer the call to BE THE VESSEL! And with that, my learning journey began.
So, here I am today - with the call, the vision, the experience, the education, and most importantly, the inspiration to share all that with women just like me and you. So join me as we both embrace the journeys we're on to grow and expand into our greater selves!
